No Re-Employment. You hereby agree to waive any and all claims to re-employment with the Company or any other member of the Company Group. You affirmatively agree not to seek further employment with the Company or any other member of the Company Group.
No Re-Employment. You understand that your employment with the Company terminates on the Separation Date. You agree that you will not seek or accept employment with the Company, including assignment to or on behalf of the Company as an independent contractor or through any third party, and the Company has no obligation to consider you for any future employment or assignment.
No Re-Employment. The Executive hereby agrees to waive any and all claims to re-employment with the Company. The Executive affirmatively agrees not to seek further employment with the Company.
No Re-Employment. Employee agrees that Employee’s employment relationship with the Company and its affiliates is being permanently and irrevocably severed, and Employee agrees not apply for re-employment with the Company or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or related companies in any capacity and that any failure to re-employ Employee by Company or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or related companies for any reason (or, if Employee has already been employed, dismiss Employee following discovery of that fact) will not constitute a discriminatory action. Employee further covenants and agrees not to make any claim or commence any action based upon a failure to re-employ or future termination of Employee upon re-hiring.
No Re-Employment. Xx. Xxxxx waives all claims to employment, re-employment or engagement with NTC. Xx. Xxxxx affirmatively agrees not to seek employment, re-employment or engagement with NTC. Xx. Xxxxx releases NTC from any future claims concerning any application for employment or engagement he makes in breach of this Agreement.
No Re-Employment. Employee hereby agrees to waive any and all claims to re-employment with the FedEx Group. Employee affirmatively agrees not to seek further employment with the FedEx Group.
No Re-Employment. Executive will never apply for or seek employment with Employer or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, or be employed by any such entity, and agrees that Employer or such subsidiary or affiliate may refuse to employ him (or, if he has already been employed, dismiss him following discovery of that fact) without liability.
No Re-Employment. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the Company and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or related companies are under no legal or contractual duty to re-employ, rehire or retain him in any capacity and that he will not apply for re-employment with the Company or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or related companies in any capacity. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Employee will not reapply and the Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates or related companies will have no legal or contractual duty to hire or retain the Employee in any capacity, whether as an employee, consultant, independent contractor, distributor, broker, finder or in any other commercial relationship.
No Re-Employment. Employee acknowledges and agrees that he shall not knowingly re-apply for employment with the Released Parties, nor will Employee knowingly accept any employment or otherwise work for the Released Parties. Further, Employee agrees that his forbearance to seek future employment with the Released Parties is purely contractual and is in no way involuntary, discriminatory, retaliatory, or in violation of any contract or policy of the Released Parties. If Employee applies for employment with the Released Parties, the Released Parties are not under any obligation to process or otherwise act upon such application.
No Re-Employment. Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties, Executive acknowledges and agrees that he shall not knowingly re-apply for employment with the Released Parties, nor will Executive knowingly accept any employment or otherwise work for the Released Parties.
