No Reselling. You may not sell or otherwise make our Services available to others or commercially exploit our Services or any Content in any way.
No Reselling. Customer shall not re-sell or re-distribute (whether for a fee or otherwise) access to the Service(s) or system capacity, or any part thereof, in any manner other than for Customer’s internal business without the express prior consent of Spectrum, including without limitation, any use to provide services for the benefit of, or on behalf of, any third party other than Customer or its End Users.
No Reselling. Customer may not resell direct access to the Services to a third party outside Customer’s enterprise or combine the Services with Customer’s value add to create a commercially available Customer branded solution for which Customer charges a fee.
No Reselling. The Software and Products are for your individual use. You shallnot resell or commercialise the Software and/or Products to any third party.

No Reselling. Producers may only sell products they themselves have grown or processed. Value must be added to processed food products by the producer to be considered "Value-Added." Ingredients that have been simply repackaged are not considered "adding value."

No Reselling. The Licensee cannot resell the Font through any medium unless formally authorized in writing by the Licensor, as a distributor of the Font. This also means the Licensee cannot modify the Font then sell the resulting modification.
No Reselling. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing between HMI and Customer, Customer understands and acknowledges that it is not engaged as a distributor, reseller, repackager, or relabeler of the product(s), and that any distributing, reselling, repackaging, or relabeling the product(s) by customer is strictly prohibited, unless otherwise agreed in writing by HMI.
