Subscriber Representations and Obligations. 6.1 Subscriber represents and warrants that it is a retail electrical customer of the Utility on the account described in Recital E above, meeting all the criteria necessary for a subscriber to a Solar*Rewards-Community Project as identified in Exhibit B.
