No Retaliation. A prohibition on employer retaliation against employees complaining to the City with regard to the employer’s compliance with the living wage ordinance. Employees may bring an action in Superior Court against an employer for back pay, treble damages for willful violations, and attorney’s fees, or to compel City officials to terminate the service contract of violating employers.
