Common use of No Retaliation Clause in Contracts

No Retaliation. To the extent permitted by applicable law and consistent with operational needs and a thorough review, inquiries will be conducted with due regard for confidentiality. Under no circumstances may anyone retaliate against, interfere with, or discourage anyone from participating in good faith in an inquiry conducted under this Section 4.
