No Rights Conferred Upon Employees. The parties hereby acknowledge that, except as otherwise provided in Section 10.1(a) and (b) and the Employment Agreement and as necessary to satisfy the condition in Section 9.2(m), Purchaser is not under any obligation to employ any current or future employee of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company thereof. Further, nothing in this Agreement shall confer any rights or remedies under this Agreement on any employee.
No Rights Conferred Upon Employees. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any rights or remedies of any employees, independent contractors or consultants of any member of the Intelligroup Group or the SeraNova Group (including individuals to whom SeraNova is to offer employment pursuant to Section 7.1
No Rights Conferred Upon Employees. The parties hereby acknowledge that, except as otherwise provided in Section 4.8(a), Purchaser is not under any obligation to employ any current or future employee of Seller or any Affiliate thereof. Further, Purchaser shall not be under any obligation except those, if any, created by Purchaser’s offer to any Retained Employee, to continue the employment of any Retained Employees listed on Schedule 2.15 hereof after Closing and nothing in this Agreement shall confer any rights or remedies under this Agreement on any such Retained Employee.

Nothing in this Agreement shall confer any rights or remedies on any Employee (including without limitation any New Purchaser Employee) and no person (including without limitation any New Purchaser Employee) shall be a person's beneficiary with respect to any provision in this Agreement.

Nothing in this Section 13 or any other provision of this Agreement shall confer any rights or remedies on any employee (including without limitation any Employee, New Hire or Excess Employee) of Symantec and no employee of Symantec (including without limitation any Employee, New Hire or Excess Employee) shall be a third party beneficiary with respect to any covenant, representation or agreement in this Agreement.
No Rights Conferred Upon Employees. The parties hereby acknowledge that nothing in this Agreement shall confer any rights or remedies on any of Company’s employees or consultants (including without limitation any Employee or Transferred Employee) and no person (including without limitation any Employee or Transferred Employee) shall be a third party beneficiary with respect to any provision in this Agreement.
No Rights Conferred Upon Employees. Nothing in this Section 8 or any ---------------------------------- other provision of this Agreement shall confer any rights or remedies on any employee (including without limitation any Employee or New Hire) and no employee (including without limitation any Employee or New Hire) shall be a third party beneficiary with respect to any covenant, representation or agreement in this Agreement.
No Rights Conferred Upon Employees. The parties hereby acknowledge that, other than the Transferred Employees, Buyers are under no obligation to employ any current or future employee of Seller. Except as specifically set forth in an Employment Agreement between DTS and a Transferred Employee, Buyers shall be under no obligation to (i) continue the employment of any Transferred Employee after the Closing Date, and nothing in this Agreement shall confer any rights or remedies under this Agreement on any such Transferred Employee or (ii) continue any Transferred Employee’s coverage under any Employee Benefit Plan.
No Rights Conferred Upon Employees. Nothing in this Article VI or any other provision of this Agreement shall confer any rights or remedies on any employee (including without limitation any Employee, New Hire or R&D Employee) and no employee (including without limitation any Employee, New Hire or R&D Employee) shall be a third party beneficiary with respect to any covenant, representation or agreement in this Agreement.
No Rights Conferred Upon Employees. The parties hereby acknowledge that, except as otherwise provided in clause (a) of this Section and in Section 3.6 of the India Purchase Agreement, neither of Buyers is under any obligation to employ any current or future employee of Seller or any Affiliate thereof. Further, neither of Buyers shall be under any obligation to (i) continue the employment of any Retained Employees listed on Schedule 4.6(a)(i) or any Key Employee listed on Schedule 4.6(a)(ii) hereof after Closing and nothing in this Agreement shall confer any rights or remedies under this Agreement on any such employee or (ii) continue any Retained Employee’s coverage under any employment benefit plan.
