Alcohol Use Alcohol use is the consumption of any beverage, mixture or preparation including any medication containing alcohol.
Parking and Transportation The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.
DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE WORKPLACE 20.1 All employees must report to work in a condition fit to perform their assigned duties unimpaired by alcohol or drugs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing Permitted Testing is permitted where the Employer has reasonable suspicion to believe.
Drugs and Alcohol The Pupil may be given the opportunity to provide a biological sample under medical supervision if involvement with drugs is suspected, or a sample of breath to test for alcohol consumed in breach of School rules or policy. A sample or test in these circumstances will not form part of the Pupil's permanent medical record.
Cooperation on Preventing End User Fraud The Parties agree to cooperate fully with one another to investigate, minimize, prevent, and take corrective action in cases of fraud.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING Section 1. Drug and alcohol testing shall be done in a fair and equitable manner in strict observance of all applicable laws and regulations. All employees subject to such testing shall be so informed.
