Remove all items brought into the facility for your event. All floors will be swept. All trash accumulated in the facility used must be bagged and disposed of in the dumpsters at the rear of the Fellowship Hall. The garbage dumpster will be unlocked for events. Failure to complete the checklist will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

FACILITY CARE. We want you to feel safe and comfortable at the Exchange and we encourage freedom of expression in all its forms. That said, we also expect you and your group to respect and treat the facility with care. All areas should be left the way you found them, clean and ready for the next use (if the facility was not prepared for you, please contact your booking agent immediately). Please put back any items used, replace furniture or set pieces to their original location, sweep the warehouse floor and any common areas. Empty all personal trash in the dumpsters to the rear of the building. All bookings will be charged a basic cleaning fee for venue restoration. Excessive cleaning will result in a damage assessment. Restoration is billed at $25/hr.

The cemetery district will make readily available the products and supplies to clean the facility to its previous condition. Participants will be required to pay for any damages they or their guests cause. Participants must report any damages or things not working correctly immediately to the AOL Coach so that repairs may be made. The AOL Coach will give out cleaning supplies and household supplies to participants. If donated supplies are not available, participants must purchase their own. Participants will be given housing keys when they move-in. Participants must not duplicate keys. If keys are lost, participant will have to pay for the replacement of key as well as the cost of locksmith changing the locks.
