FACILITY CARE. We want you to feel safe and comfortable at the Exchange and we encourage freedom of expression in all its forms. That said, we also expect you and your group to respect and treat the facility with care. All areas should be left the way you found them, clean and ready for the next use (if the facility was not prepared for you, please contact your booking agent immediately). Please put back any items used, replace furniture or set pieces to their original location, sweep the warehouse floor and any common areas. Empty all personal trash in the dumpsters to the rear of the building. All bookings will be charged a basic cleaning fee for venue restoration. Excessive cleaning will result in a damage assessment. Restoration is billed at $25/hr.

The cemetery district will make readily available the products and supplies to clean the facility to its previous condition. The following checklist must be completed before final departure from the facility. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the security deposit. • All Garbage removed and disposed of in dumpster at east side of parking lot • Stack chairs on tables • Floors swept with broom NO VACUUM • Floor spills wiped up with clear water only (No Soap) • Tables wiped clean (and chairs if necessary) • Items removed from refrigerator • Countertops wiped clean • Sinks rinsed and clean of debris • Coffee pots and pitchers drained and rinsed • Wash any utensils and dishes used • All toilets flushed
FACILITY CARE. The Applicant is responsible for all set-up and clean-up of the Booked Facility. The Booked Facility is to be left in the same condition as it was before occupancy by the Applicant. For events that take place on Xxxxxxxxx, xxx event must be completed and the Booked Facility returned to its original condition by no later than 10:00 p.m. on the said Saturday. In any event, all events must be completed by the Applicant at least two (2) hours prior to the start of a scheduled Church service or any other Church program, activity or event. AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE An Applicant shall designate an individual to be its authorized representative in relation to its use of the Booked Facility with the authorized representative to have the authority to act on behalf of the Applicant, as evidenced by a copy of the applicable authorizing resolutions of the Applicant being provided to the Church. The said authorized representative of the Applicant shall act as the liaison between the Applicant and the applicable representatives of the Church and shall be present during any use of the Booked Facility by the Applicant.
