No Stoppage of Work. B.1.1 The parties agree that there shall be no strikes or lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The terms “strike” and “lockout” shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act, R.S.O. 1980. B.1.2 Employees shall not be required to perform any duties normally and regularly performed by members of other bargaining units, except to the extent that such duties are included as party of the Employees’ regular positions.
