No Strike and Lock-Out. 22.01 The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement there shall be no strike and the Board agrees that there shall be no lockout of the Members in this Bargaining Unit. The meaning of the words “strike” and “lockout” shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act and its Regulations.
