NO STRIKE - NO LOCK-OUT PROVISION. A. Both parties agree to faithfully abide by the provisions of this Agreement. As a condition of the various provisions of this Agreement to which the parties have agreed, the bargaining agent pledges that members of the bargaining unit will not engage in a strike during the term of this Agreement, and the employer pledges that it will not conduct, or cause to be conducted, a lock-out during the term of this Agreement.
