NO STRIKE/NO LOCKOUT CLAUSE. 13.01 It is agreed by the parties that during the terms of this Agreement or any renewal thereof, there shall be no strikes, lockouts, stoppages of work, or slow-downs concerning any matter in dispute arising out of this contract.
