No Underground Work Without Written Authorization. Permittee hereby represents, warrants and covenants that it shall perform no excavation, trenching, coring, boring, or digging into the ground or installation of any equipment or other material into the ground, or any other underground work in connection with the work to be performed under this Permit, except to the extent expressly approved by the City/Village/Township. Permittee further represents, warrants and covenants that it shall not otherwise disturb or disrupt the operation or maintenance of any sanitary sewers, storm drains, gas or water mains, or other underground conduits, cables, mains, or facilities.
