No Use of Information. The Employee shall not, either during or after his employment with the Company, use for himself or disclose to or use for any other persons, directly or indirectly, any of the Company’s Confidential and Proprietary Information, except in carrying out his duties and responsibilities as a director, officer or employee of the Company or as such disclosure or use is expressly authorized by the Company in writing.
No Use of Information. Recipient shall neither directly nor indirectly through its employees, agents, affiliates or other persons or entities connected to Recipient use or put into production Confidential Information, technical data, analytical methods, documents or samples which have been received from Disclosing Party.
No Use of Information. The Employee covenants that he shall not, either during his employment with the Company and, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, for a period of two (2) years after the Employee’s termination of his employment with the Company, use for himself or disclose to or use for any other persons, directly or indirectly, any of the Company’s Confidential and Proprietary Information, except in carrying out his duties and responsibilities as an officer or employee of the Company or as such disclosure or use is expressly authorized by the Company in writing.
No Use of Information. Each party agrees that it will only use the Confidential Information of the other party solely for the purposes of performing its obligations and protecting its rights under this Agreement, and that it shall not use that Confidential Information for any other commercial or other purpose without the prior written consent of the other party.
No Use of Information. The Contractor shall not use Confidential Information or any other information relating to the affairs of RMOW for the Contractor’s own benefit or purposes or for the benefit or purpose of any other Person whether before or during the Term or after the expiry of the Term.
No Use of Information or data relating to other compounds. Company acknowledges and agrees that it will not, without Licensor’s prior written consent, process, edit, analyze, publish or use any information or data that Company may get access to in the context of the transfer activities pursuant to this Section 3.1 or Section 3.2, to the extent such information or data relates to compounds other than the Compound.
No Use of Information. Mr. Bijur shall not use, publish, or provide information for, xx xx xny way cooperate with any other person in using or publishing any confidential information learned by Mr. Bijur while he was employed by Texaco. Mr. Bijur shall keep xxx xxxx information confidential, and shxxx xxxxxtly return any confidential materials obtained in the course of his employment. The prohibitions of this paragraph apply to both written and oral publications.

EXECUTIVE shall not, either during or after his employment with PXINC, use for herself or disclose to or use for any other persons, directly or indirectly, any of PXINC's Confidential and Proprietary Information, except in carrying out his duties and responsibilities as an employee of PXINC or as such disclosure or use is expressly authorized by PXINC in writing.
No Use of Information. (a) MIMI hereby further agrees that it will not use in the conduct of any business activity, or disclose to any other person whether or not in connection with any business activity, any information of any kind acquired from Thorxxxxx xx the course of negotiating and consummating the Acquisition. This provision does not apply to any portion of the information which is of public record or otherwise generally available, and will not prohibit MIMI from disclosing portions of that information in compliance with an order or similar directive of any court or governmental agency having jurisdiction and the power to compel that disclosure.
No Use of Information. Employees must realize that Company information is only for the Company’s use and not for distribution to the outside. Employee shall not, either during or after his or her employment with the Company, use or disclose to or any other person, directly or indirectly, any of the Company’s Confidential Information, except as such disclosure or use is expressly authorized by the Company in writing. When in doubt, Employee should treat the matter in the strictest confidence and consult the Company’s owner or manager for clarification.
