No Waiver of Subsequent Rights. The exercise or non-exercise of the rights of the Co- Sellers hereunder to participate in one or more sales of Shares made by a Selling Holder shall not affect their rights to participate in subsequent sales by a Selling Holder that meet the conditions specified in this Section 6.
No Waiver of Subsequent Rights. Either party's waiver of any breach or failure to enforce any of the terms, covenants, conditions, or other provisions of the Contract Documents at any time shall not in any way limit or waive that party's right thereafter to enforce or compel strict compliance with every term, covenant, condition or other provision, any course of dealing or custom of the trade notwithstanding. Furthermore, if the parties make and implement any interpretation of the Contract Documents without documenting such interpretation by an instrument in writing signed by both parties, such interpretation and implementation thereof will not be binding in the event of any future Disputes. The consent by one party to any act by the other party requiring such consent shall not be deemed to render unnecessary the obtaining of consent to any subsequent act for which consent is required, regardless of whether similar to the act for which consent is given. No act, delay, or omission done, suffered, or permitted by one party or its agents shall be deemed to waive, exhaust, or impair any right, remedy, or power of such party under the Contract Documents, or to relieve the other party from the full performance of its obligations under the Contract Documents. No custom or practice between the parties in the administration of the terms of the Contract Documents shall be construed to waive or lessen the right of a party to insist upon performance by the other party in strict compliance with the terms of the Contract Documents. No waiver of any term, covenant, or condition of the Contract Documents shall be valid unless in writing and signed by the party providing the waiver.
No Waiver of Subsequent Rights. The exercise or non-exercise of the rights of an Offeree under this Section 12.2 shall not affect its rights under this Section 12.2 with respect to any future Transfers of Membership Interests that meet the conditions specified in this Section 12.2.
No Waiver of Subsequent Rights. The exercise or non-exercise of the rights of the Carrier Deciding Member under this Section 12.3 shall not affect its rights to participate in subsequent sales by Watsco Holders that meet the conditions specified in this Section 12.3.
