NO WORK STOPPAGES. 7. It is mutually agreed and understood that during the period this MOU is in force and effect the Union will not authorize or engage in any strike, sympathy strike, slowdown or work stoppage. As required by the Charter, represented employees are also bound by the above, as are all other city and county employees. The City agrees not to conduct a lockout against any of the employees covered by this MOU during the term of this agreement.
