  • Voting Procedure The vote upon any resolution submitted to any meeting of Holders shall be by written ballot on which shall be subscribed the signatures of the Holders of Securities entitled to vote at such meeting, or proxies therefor, and on which shall be inscribed an identifying number or numbers or to which shall be attached a list of identifying numbers of the Securities so held or represented by them.
