Non-Classroom Student Evaluations. When the assignment of the evaluatee requires direct contact with students other than in a classroom situation, provided a student evaluation is relevant and appropriate, the evaluation shall include a representative sample of the affected student population and shall be based on three (3) areas: accessibility of the service, effectiveness of the service, and the relationship of the service to the instructional program. Content and format for the evaluation of a non-classroom situation shall be determined by the Evaluation Committee in consultation with the Division Chairperson/immediate supervisor. Confidentiality shall be maintained and the timeline shall be followed as described in 14.3.2.3.1.
