NON-DISCRIMINATORY APPLICATION. The provisions of this agreement shall be applied equally to all employees eligible for membership in the bargaining unit without discrimination as to age, sex, marital status, race, color, creed, national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or handicapping conditions. It is the policy of Xxxxxx Valley Community College that persons employed by the College shall be treated equally regardless of race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, political affiliation, handicapping conditions or national origin. This policy relates to all personnel actions subsequent to employment including, but not limited to promotions, demotions, transfers, lay-offs, terminations, training and/or compensation.
