NONDISCRIMINATORY EMPLOYMENT. Contractor and/or any permitted subcontractor, shall not unlawfully discriminate against any individual based on race, color, religion, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, age or condition of disability. Contractor and/or any permitted subcontractor understands and agrees that Contractor and/or any permitted subcontractor is bound by and will comply with the nondiscrimination mandates of all Federal, State and local statutes, regulations and ordinances.
NONDISCRIMINATORY EMPLOYMENT. In connection with the execution of this Agreement, the Provider shall fully comply with the District's non-discrimination requirement cited below. “The Dallas Independent School District (District), as an equal opportunity educational provider and employer, does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, sexual orientation and/or age in educational programs or activities that it operates or in employment decisions. The District is required by Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended, as well as Board policy not to discriminate in such a manner. (Not all prohibited bases apply to all programs.)” Submittal to District of reasonable evidence of discrimination will be grounds for termination of the Agreement. This policy does not require the employment of unqualified persons. Sexual harassment of employees or students of the District by Provider’s employees or agents is strictly forbidden. Any employee or agent of the Provider who is found to have engaged in such conduct shall be subject to appropriate disciplinary action by the Provider, including dismissal.

Consultant shall not unlawfully discriminate against any individual based on race, color, religion or religious creed, national origin, ancestry, ethnic group identification, primary language, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sex, sexual orientation, age, immigration status, citizenship or military and veteran status. Consultant understands and agrees that it is bound by and will comply with all legal nondiscrimination mandates. For every subcontractor who will perform Services, Consultant shall be responsible for such subcontractor’s compliance with this Section 19.

In connection with the execution of this Agreement and the services to be provided hereunder, the Contractor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, political affiliation, ancestry, marital status or disability. This policy does not require the employment of unqualified persons.

Contractor shall not discriminate in its employment practices because of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical handicap, medical condition, marital status, sex or sexual orientation, or any other legally protected category, in contravention of the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, Government Code section 12900 et seq.

SVV shall not unlawfully discriminate against any individual based on race, color, religion or religious creed, national origin, ancestry, ethnic group identification, primary language, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sex, sexual orientation, age, immigration status, citizenship or military and veteran status. SVV understands and agrees that it is bound by and will comply with all legal nondiscrimination mandates. For every subcontractor who will perform Services, SVV shall be responsible for such subcontractor’s compliance with this Section.

In providing Services hereunder, Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances, including the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and Fair Employment and Housing Act, and shall not discriminate against any employee, or applicant for employment or client because of race, sex, sexual orientation, color, ancestry, religion or religious creed, national origin or ethnic group identification, political affiliation, mental disability, physical disability, medical condition (including cancer, HIV and AIDS), age (over 40), marital status, or use of Family and Medical Care Leave and/or Pregnancy Disability Leave in regard to any position for which the employee or applicant is qualified. If applicable, Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, pertaining to the prohibition of discrimination against qualified handicapped persons in all federally assisted programs or activities, as detailed in regulations signed by the Secretary of Health and Human Services, effective June 2, 1977, and found in the Federal Register, Volume 42, No. 86, dated May 4, 1977.
