Non-Exclusive Basis. To accept the terms of this Agreement and communicate with the Agency on a non-exclusive basis in their efforts to assist in acquiring real property that meets the wants and needs of the Buyer through either purchase, option, exchange, trade, or lease. The Commission, under a non-exclusive basis, is due and payable only if the Buyer acquires real property with the assistance and involvement of the Agency. In the event the Buyer purchases real property during the Listing Period without the use of the Agency, the Agency shall not be due a Commission.

These services include, but are not limited to, finding properties that meet the Buyer's needs and budget, informing the Buyer about prospective properties, arranging for viewings or tours of certain properties, negotiating offers and counteroffers, and assisting with the buying process in general, such as addressing Buyer's questions or concerns and resolving matters with the Seller.
Non-Exclusive Basis. TCM agrees to provide Data to Subscriberandits Related Parties on a non- exclusive basis. TCM reserves the right, without any notice, to provide Data or any other information to any person by any means whatsoever, including devices or equipment designed or manufactured by TCM or any other person.
