NON FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS. 10.1 The Scheme Specification shall set out non-financial contributions of each Partner including staff (including the Pooled Fund Manager), premises, IT support and other non-financial resources necessary to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement (including, but not limited to, management of service contracts and the Pooled Fund).
NON FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS. 1. Unless set out in a Scheme Specification or otherwise agreed by the Partners, each Partner shall provide the non-financial contributions for any Service that they are Lead Commissioner or as required in order to comply with its obligations under this Agreement in respect of the commissioning of a particular Service. These contributions shall be provided at no charge to the other Partners or to the Pooled Fund.
NON FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS. 11.1 Schedule 3 shall set out any non financial contributions of each Partner including staff (including the Pooled Fund Manager), premises, IT support and other non financial resources necessary to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement (including, but not limited to, management of Service Contracts and the Pooled Fund).
NON FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS. 10.5 Both Parties shall review non-financial contributions toward the Integrated Commissioning Fund including staff, premises, IT support and other non-financial resources necessary to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement (including, but not limited to, management of Services Contracts and the Pooled Fund) as part of the annual review.
NON FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS. 11.1 , The CCG and the Council have agreed that they will each maintain the level of their existing support that each organisation applies to its administration of the commissioning of the Services (including but not limited to, staff resources, systems, processes, and subject to clause 11.3 below premises) substantially at the level immediately preceding the date of this Agreement .
NON FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS. 11.1 Unless otherwise detailed in a Scheme Specification non-financial contributions which include, but are not necessarily limited to, staff (including the Pooled Fund Manager), premises, IT support and other non-financial resources necessary to perform a Partner’s obligations pursuant to this Agreement (including, but not limited to, the management of Service contracts and the hosting of a Pooled Fund) will be funded by and remain in the ownership of the contributing Partner. Non-Financial Contributions agreed at the Commencement Date are set out in Schedule 2.
NON FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS. 8.1 The Partners have agreed that they will each maintain their existing resources (including staff resources), systems, processes, and premises which support the delivery of the Services commissioned from the BCF Pooled Fund.
NON FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS. 10.1 The non-financial contributions of each Partner including staff {including the Pooled Fund Manager), premises, IT support and other non-financial resources necessary to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement {including, but not limited to, management of service contracts and the Better Care Pooled Fund) will be set out in a separate agreement between the CCG and the Council to support wider integration across the Health and Social Care economy in Wolverhampton .
NON FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS. 10.1 The Better Care Fund pooled budget will operate under the governance arrangements of East Sussex Better Together.
NON FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS. 11.1 The Partners agree to set out in a schedule by 30th September 2018 the non-financial contributions of each Partner including staff (including the Pooled Fund Manager), premises, IT support, legal, procurement and other non-financial resources necessary to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement (including, but not limited to, management of service contracts and the Pooled Fund).
