NON-INTERRUPTION OF WORK. The Association agrees that neither the Association nor any of the employees covered by this Agreement will instigate, promote, sponsor, engage in or condone any strike, slowdown, concerted stoppage of work, or any other intentional interruption of the operations of the Board regardless of the reason for so doing during the term of this Agreement.
