Negotiations Leave. The Employer agrees to allow two (2) employees either elected or appointed by the Union time off to attend to negotiations for the renewal of this Collective Agreement, providing the employees are not from the same work location, and where operational requirements permit. Employees on such leave will be paid by the Employer as if they had worked. The Employer will then bill the Union for all lost wages and the Union will remit payment promptly.
Negotiations Leave. The Employer agrees to allow a maximum of two (2) employees time off without pay during their regular scheduled work hours, for the purpose of attending negotiations for the renewal of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Such employees will be paid by the Employer as if they had worked. The Employer will then bill the Union for all lost wages and benefits and the Union will remit payment promptly.
Negotiations Leave. The Employer agrees to allow a maximum of four (4) employees time off, without pay, for the purpose of attending negotiations for the renewal of the Collective Agreement. In such case, the Employer agrees to pay the employees as if they had worked and to bill the Union accordingly.
Negotiations Leave. The Company agrees to allow a maximum of five (5) employees time off without pay and without loss of seniority for the purpose of attending negotiations for the renewal of this Agreement.
Negotiations Leave. The Employer will grant time off without pay for three (3) employees in order that they may attend meetings relating to negotiations.
Negotiations Leave. Time off for the Union Negotiating Committee will be shared on a 50- 50 basis by the Company and the Union to a maximum of twelve (12) hours for lost wages or a maximum of eight (8) hours for scheduled days off per employee, per day.
Negotiations Leave a) The Board shall grant requests for leave during an employee’s regular working hours for up to five (5) Bargaining Unit members of the Bargaining Unit Negotiating Team to attend meetings with the Board for the purpose of negotiating a collective agreement.
b) The Board and the Bargaining Unit shall notify each other of the names of those members of the Negotiating Team at least ten (10) work days prior to the date of the first meeting of the parties.
c) Leave shall be requested at least two (2) weeks in advance of the date of the leave. This notice period shall be waived in the event meetings are scheduled with less than two (2) weeks notice.
d) The Board will be responsible for up to a maximum of twenty (20) days paid leave for the Union to attend collective bargaining sessions with the Board. The Bargaining Unit shall reimburse the Board 100% of the replacement costs incurred for collective bargaining leave beyond the twenty (20) days paid for by the Board.

The Employer agrees to allow two (2) employees from the Winnipeg Region and two (2) employees from the Central Region either elected or appointed by the Union time off to attend to negotiations for the renewal of this Collective Agreement, providing the employees are not from the same work location, and where operational requirements permit. Employees on such leave will be paid by the Employer as if they had worked. The Employer will then bill the Union for all lost wages and the Union will remit payment promptly.
Negotiations Leave. Seven (7) members of the Association Negotiating Team shall be granted leave from duty with full pay, when reasonable, for all meetings between the City and the Association for the purpose of renegotiating the terms of this contract. When such meetings take place at a time during which such members are scheduled to be on duty, Negotiating Team members shall notify their Division Manager or designee prior to the beginning of that scheduled shift, if possible.
Negotiations Leave. The Company agrees to grant time off for two (2) employees on the Union Negotiating Committee for the purpose of attending negotiations with the Company for the renewal of the Collective Agreement. The Company agrees to pay said employees as though they had worked and then bill the Union for said time (including all associated costs such as wages and benefits).
