Additional Work Time Sample Clauses

The "Additional Work Time" clause defines the conditions under which extra time may be granted for the completion of contractual work beyond the original schedule. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting extensions, such as requiring written notice and justification for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like weather, supply shortages, or changes in project scope. Its core function is to provide a fair and structured mechanism for adjusting deadlines, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring that both parties have clear expectations regarding project timelines.
