Additional Work Time. 1. In addition to the basic schedule, professional employees shall be compensated for daily assignments that extend beyond the classroom schedule. Training and work programs in excess of the regular school year, to which staff members are assigned annually, shall be made a part of the individual's regular contract.
Additional Work Time. The NFB may initially contract musicians for a session of more than three (3) hours. In such cases, the time in excess of the Basic Session (three [3] hours) shall be known as additional work time and shall be paid for in minimum half-hour (½) segments at 1/6 of the Basic Session fee. An additional five (5) minutes of recorded product is allowed for each half-hour (½) of additional work time.
Additional Work Time. Members who are teaching a sixth hour or any additional time during their last year prior to retirement or the severing of employment for any reason will have such compensation included in their per diem rate for severance pay calculation.
Additional Work Time a) CBC may hold a Musician for one (1) additional work time hour immediately following a three (3) hour contracted call. The first hour of additional work time will be paid at the B6 rate. Additional work time beyond one (1) hour will be paid at fifty percent (50%) above the B6 rate. Any guaranteed call with additional work time will not exceed six (6) hours. All Musicians originally called shall be deemed present and will be paid for such additional work time. b) Musicians will provide CBC with a minimum twenty-four (24) hours notice if they are unable to remain for additional work time. With such notice, CBC will be responsible for engaging additional Musicians. The engagement of a Musician will not be affected because of inability to remain for additional work time.
Additional Work Time. In the event that a position in this unit has time added to its current position of more than thirty (30) minutes per day, this would constitute a new position, and shall be posted and procedures followed as prescribed in this article.
Additional Work Time. In order to be compensated for additional work time for a Paraprofessional who works when he/she is not scheduled to work, said employee must have the additional time approved, in writing/signature by the building Principal.
Additional Work Time. If an employee works any additional time beyond their regularly scheduled work day, or in lieu of missing a scheduled lunch period, due to extenuating circumstances (eg: field trip, late bus, emergency response), the employee is entitled to compensation at the employee’s current rate of pay for “authorized” work only. When situations exist that warrant additional compensation, the employee must fill out the appropriate paper work (see APPENDIX B), receive proper approval for such and submit all documentation within the time frame permitted. There will be no provisions for “flex time.”

Overtime must immediately follow a regular session. All hours not continuous will be charged as additional sessions.
Additional Work Time. The Superintendent/designee may request Paraprofessionals to work additional time before and/or after their work day. Such additional time worked shall be paid at the Paraprofessional’s regular rate of pay subject to any overtime required by Article 4.3.
