Common use of NON-INTERRUPTION OF WORK Clause in Contracts

NON-INTERRUPTION OF WORK. During the term of this Agreement the Association, its officers and representatives, and all Teachers covered by this Agreement will not instigate, promote, or participate in any strike, sympathy strike, slowdown or other concerted interruption of the operation of District #204 regardless of the reasons for so doing. It is agreed that in the event of any such unauthorized action as described above, the Association shall, within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of notice thereof, address a letter to the Board notifying the Board that the action of the teacher or Association agents is unauthorized.
