Common use of Non-Medical Custodial Leave Clause in Contracts

Non-Medical Custodial Leave. Custodial care of immediate family members for non-medical reasons will be limited to five (5) days per fiscal year (July 1st through June 30th). The first two days will be charged against the employee’s sick leave and the next three days will be charged against the employee’s accumulated personal leave or sick leave, the choice will be up to the employee which account, sick or personal leave, is to be debited. See Appendix for form.
