Non-Participating Dentist. Any licensed dentist who is not a Participating Dentist. Non-Participating Provider. Any Non-Participating Dentist or any other person who is not a Participating Provider and who is regulated under state law, to practice dental or dental-related services or otherwise practicing dental care services consistent with state law. Participating Dental Office. Any facility listed in the Dental Directory for our Service Area. Participating Dental Offices are subject to change. Participating Dentist. Any licensed doctor of dental science (DDS) or doctor of medical dentistry (DMD) who is an employee of Dental Group, or any licensed dentist who, under a contract directly or indirectly with Company, has agreed to provide covered Services to Members with an expectation of receiving payment, other than Copayments or Coinsurance, from Company rather than from the Member.

Non-Participating Dentist a Dentist who has not signed a Participating Agreement with Delta Dental Plan of Maine or another Delta Dental company.
Non-Participating Dentist a Doctor of Den- tal Surgery or a Doctor of Dental Medicine who has not signed a contract with a Dental Plan Ad- ministrator to provide dental services to Sub- scribers. Participating Dentist — a Doctor of Dental Sur- xxxx or a Doctor of Dental Medicine who has signed a service contract with a Dental Plan Ad- ministrator to provide dental services to Sub- scribers. Person — a Subscriber. Plan — the Blue Shield of California Dental PPO Plan. Prosthesis — an artificial part, appliance, or de- vice used to replace a missing part of the body. Prosthodontics — Dental Care Services specifi- cally related to necessary procedures for provid- ing artificial replacements for missing natural teeth. Subscriber — a person whose status is the basis for eligibility for membership in this Plan, who is enrolled by Blue Shield of California and main- tains coverage in accordance with this Agree- ment. Treatment in Progress — partially completed dental procedures including prepped teeth, root canals in process of treatment, and full and partial denture cases after final impressions have been taken.
Non-Participating Dentist. Within the United States; On the date of service, if the dentist is a Non-Participating dentist (a dentist who has not signed an agreement with Delta Dental, or who has terminated as a Participating Dentist):
Non-Participating Dentist. Non-participating Dentist means a dentist licensed to practice that has not contracted with or is not employed by the Contractor to participate in the network of providers under this Agreement.
Non-Participating Dentist a dentist who is neither an HDS Participating Dentist nor a Delta Dental Participating Dentist, and who is practicing within the scope of a valid, current, and unrestricted license to practice as a dentist in the jurisdiction in which services are rendered.
Non-Participating Dentist. These are dentists who do NOT have a signed agreement currently in effect with FCL to participate in our dental plan or with a third party contracted with FCL to provide dental benefits through their network. Non-participating dentists have not agreed to accept the FCL allowance or the allowance established by a third party contracted by FCL to provide dental benefits through their network as payment in full. The insured is responsible for the difference between the FCL allowance or the allowance established by a third party contracted by FCL to provide dental benefits through their network and the non-participating dentist charge, if any, the non-participating deductible and coinsurance shown on the Schedule of Benefits, and the payment of charges for non-covered services and charges in excess of any maximum benefit limitations.
