Necessary Procedures. Pharm-Olam will reimburse Institution/Investigator for necessary visits and procedures due to Trial Subject safety. Invoice for these necessary expenses shall include detailed documentation regarding the needy for the procedure(s). Where practicable, Sponsor should provide consent in advance if it will not affect Trial Subject safety; otherwise Sponsor will be informed as soon as possible after the fact.
