Non-Recurring Charge. In addition to the recurring charge described in Section 0, AOL shall pay Vendor a one-time installation charge equal to R$[**] for each Simultaneous Access ordered and accepted by AOL in accordance with this Agreement (such fee for any Simultaneous Access the " Simultaneous Access INSTALL FEE"). For the purposes of (a) comparing pricing under Section 3 of this Exhibit F, and (b) adjusting the Market Price pursuant to this Section to the pricing offered by, or committed by AOL to, an Other Provider for comparable dedicated dial-up access services, an amortized portion of the Simultaneous Access Install Fee (based upon amortization over a forty-eight month period) shall be included in such comparison or adjustment, as appropriate.
Non-Recurring Charge. If a non-recurring charge (“NRC”) is specified in an Order Form, AirCell will invoice such NRC upon the Order Form Effective Date. Customer will pay the NRC within thirty (30) days of invoice.
