Non-renewal of Limited Contract. at the End of Its Term The BOARD will provide reasons for non-renewal to a Professional Staff Member whose contract is non-renewed under this clause. When a problem exists, which could result in the non-renewal of a Professional Staff Member’s employment for cause at the end of the term of a non-probationary limited contract, the following procedure shall apply: A final conference with the Professional Staff Member will be held in the office of the Executive Director of Human Resources no later than mid- April of the current CONTRACT year.
