Nothing contained herein shall be construed to deny or restrict to any employee those rights he/she may have under applicable laws, rules or regulations either prior to the effective date of this Agreement, during the duration of this Agreement, or after the expiration date of this Agreement. The rights recognized hereunder shall not be exclusive, but are in addition to those provided elsewhere.
