Common use of Non Shift Work Clause in Contracts

Non Shift Work. The scheduled work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours and the scheduled work day shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) consecutive hours, exclusive of a meal period, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The normal work week shall be Monday to Friday inclusive.

Non Shift Work. B1.02 The scheduled work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours and the scheduled work day shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) consecutive hours, exclusive of a meal period, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. p.m.. The normal work week workweek shall be Monday to Friday inclusive.

The scheduled work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours and the scheduled work day shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) consecutive hours, exclusive of a meal period, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The normal work week shall be Monday to Friday inclusive.
