Non-Solicitation of Other Employees. In consideration and view of (i) the valuable consideration furnished to Employee by Company entering into this Agreement, (ii) Employee’s access to confidential information and trade secrets of the RHI Companies, and (iii) the value of such confidential information and trade secrets to the RHI Companies, during the period commencing on the Part-Time Employment Commencement Date and ending on the fourth anniversary thereof, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, induce, encourage (or assist any other person, firm, entity, business or organization in soliciting, inducing or encouraging) any employee of any of the RHI Companies to leave the employ of the RHI Companies. The covenants of Employee contained in this section are in addition to, and not in amendment, modification or replacement of, any obligations of Employee contained in any other agreement between Employee and Company.

Non-Solicitation of Other Employees. Employee agrees that she shall not, either personally, or as an employee, consultant or agent for any other entity or person, solicit or engage or employ any employee of Employer or any of its affiliates with whom Employee had any dealings while employed by Employer. Employee shall not induce any employee of Employer or any of its affiliates to terminate his or his employment with Employer or any of its affiliates, or hire or assist in the hiring of any such employee by any other entity or person.
Non-Solicitation of Other Employees. During the Term, and for a period of one (1) year following Employee’s separation from the Company for any reason (to the extent permissible under applicable state law at the time of such separation), Employee shall not, without prior written permission of the Chief Operating Officer of Audacy: (i) employ, (ii) offer to employ, (iii) counsel a third party to employ, or (iv) otherwise participate in any manner in the recommendation, recruitment or solicitation of the employment, of any person who was an employee of Audacy on the date of the termination of Employee’s employment or at any time within the 90 days prior thereto, for any such individual to engage or participate in or render any service to any Broadcast Company (as defined above). Employee’s obligations as set forth above in this Section shall survive beyond the termination of Employee’s employment with the Company.
Non-Solicitation of Other Employees. Employee and any entity controlled by him or with which he is, associated (as the terms "control" and "associate" are defined in the Exchange Act) shall not, during the Employment Term, directly or indirectly solicit, interfere with, offer to hire or induce any person who is or was an officer or employee of the Company or any affiliate (as the term "affiliate" is defined in the Exchange Act) to discontinue his or her relationship with the Company or an affiliate of the Company, in order to accept employment by, or enter into a business relationship with, any other entity or person. These acts are hereinafter referred to as the "prohibited acts of solicitation."

The covenants of Consultant contained in this section are in addition to, and not in amendment, modification or replacement of, any obligations of Consultant contained in any other agreement between Consultant and Company.

Employee understands that this Section 8 is not intended to, and does not, prohibit the conduct described to the extent that enforcing this Section 8 would not be enforceable under governing law, but provides for the cancellation of all compensation and benefits provided under this Agreement and a return to the Company of any gross taxable proceeds from any compensation previously received under this Agreement, including any stock compensation that became vested or otherwise payable as a result of this Agreement, if Employee should choose to violate this Section 8 during the period beginning on the Part-Time Employment Commencement Date and ending on the fourth (4th) anniversary of the Part-Time Employment Commencement Date.
Non-Solicitation of Other Employees. During the term of Consultant’s engagement and for eighteen (18) months thereafter (the “Non-Solicitation Period”), Consultant shall not directly or indirectly solicit, induce, recruit or encourage any person employed by or otherwise providing services to the Company or any Affiliate to terminate his or her employment or services with the Company or that Affiliate or to take employment with another person, including, without limitation Consultant; any other entity controlled or organized by Consultant or in which Consultant is an officer, director, or agent; and any other entities that are competitive or are potentially competitive with the Company.
