Non-teaching Pay Assignments. For Faculty members who provide leadership in a non-teaching capacity, and exceed their College Service requirements. Faculty must complete all obligations as set forth in Article 13, section 3., Work Responsibilities (e.g., instructional and office hours, professional development, College service, and Faculty advising), before they will be eligible to receive a Salary Supplement for a Non-Teaching Pay Assignment.
