Common use of NON-UNION MEMBERS Clause in Contracts

NON-UNION MEMBERS. Employees within the scope of this Agreement, who are not members of the Union, shall not receive benefits more favourable than those conferred on the union members under this Agreement.

NON-UNION MEMBERS. Employees belonging to categories within the scope of this Agreement, Agreement who are not members of the Union, Union shall not receive benefits more favourable than those conferred on the union members under this Agreement.

NON-UNION MEMBERS. Employees who belong to categories within the scope of this Agreement, Agreement but who are not members of the Union, Union shall not receive benefits more favourable than those conferred on the union members under this Agreement.

NON-UNION MEMBERS. Employees within the scope of this Agreement, Bargainable employees who are not members of the Union, Union shall not receive benefits more favourable than those conferred on the union members under this Agreement.

NON-UNION MEMBERS. Employees of the Company within the scope of this Agreement, who are not members of the Union, shall not receive benefits more favourable benefits than those conferred on the union members under this Agreementmembers.

NON-UNION MEMBERS. Employees within the scope of this Agreement, who are not members of the Union, Union shall not receive benefits more favourable than those conferred on the union members under this Agreement.

NON-UNION MEMBERS. Employees Staff belonging to categories within the scope of this Agreement, who are not members of the Union, shall not receive benefits more favourable than those conferred on Bargainable Staff who are members of the union members under this AgreementUnion.

NON-UNION MEMBERS. Employees belonging to levels within the scope of this Agreement, who are not members of the Union, Union shall not receive benefits more favourable than those conferred on the union members under this Agreement.

NON-UNION MEMBERS. Employees who fall within the scope of categories covered by this Agreement, Agreement and who are not members of the Union, Union shall not receive enjoy better benefits more favourable than those conferred on the union members under contained in this Agreement.
