Common use of NON-UNION MEMBERS Clause in Contracts

NON-UNION MEMBERS. Employees belonging to grades falling within the scope of this Agreement who are not members of the Union shall not be entitled to more favourable benefits than those provided for union members of similar grades in this Agreement.

NON-UNION MEMBERS. Employees belonging to the grades falling within the scope of this Agreement who are not members of the Union shall not be entitled to receive benefits more favourable benefits than those provided for conferred on union members of similar grades in under this Agreement.

NON-UNION MEMBERS. Employees Non-members belonging to grades falling within the scope of this Agreement who are not members of the Union shall not be entitled to granted more favourable benefits terms than those provided for granted to union members of similar grades in under this Agreement.

NON-UNION MEMBERS. Employees belonging Non-unionised employees who belong to grades falling within the scope of this Agreement who are not members of the Union shall not be entitled to receive more favourable or better benefits than those provided for conferred on union members of similar grades in under this Agreement.
