NON-WORK DAY OR VACATION. Where a holiday falls on a non-working day for an employee or in his vacation the Employer shall: (a) with the agreement of the employee or the Union pay the employee his regular wages for the holiday. (b) designate a working day that is not later than the next annual vacation of the employee, and the day so designated shall be deemed to be the holiday.
