Subdivider shall provide equal opportunity for contractors and subcontractors to participate in contracting and subcontracting opportunities. Subdivider understands and agrees that violation of this clause shall be considered a material breach of the Agreement and may result in Agreement termination, debarment, and other sanctions. This language shall be in contracts between the Subdivider and any consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.

  • ANTI DISCRIMINATION AND ANTI HARASSMENT Contractor and/or any subcontractor shall not unlawfully discriminate against or harass any individual including, but not limited to, any employee or volunteer of the County of Marin based on race, color, religion, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, age or condition of disability.
