Nondiscriminatory Provision of Resale Services. 10.8.1 Resale Services made available by CBT for resale hereunder shall be equal in quality to that provided by CBT to itself or to any subsidiary, affiliate or any other person to which CBT directly provides the Resale Service, including CBT's retail Customers. Access to Operations Support Systems functions for ordering provisioning, repair, and maintenance and billing shall be of equivalent function to that provided by CBT to itself, or to any subsidiary, affiliate or any other person to which CBT directly provides such access.
10.8.2 CBT shall provision Resale Services with the same timeliness that such Resale Services are provisioned to CBT's subsidiaries, affiliates or other persons to whom CBT directly provides the Resale Service, including CBT's retail Customers.
10.8.3 CBT shall provide to CLEC equivalent functionality of blocking calls (e.g., 700, 900 and 976) and Billed Number Screening (“BNS”), including necessary LIDB updates, or equivalent service for blocking completion of xxxx-to-third party and collect calls to the extent that such functionalities are provided to CBT's retail Customers.
Nondiscriminatory Provision of Resale Services. X.8.1 Resale Services made available by Ameritech for resale hereunder and Operations Support Systems functions for ordering, provisioning, repair, maintenance and billing shall be equal in quality to that provided by Ameritech to itself or to any subsidiary, Affiliate or any other person to which Ameritech directly provides the Resale Service, including Ameritech's retail Customers.
Nondiscriminatory Provision of Resale Services. 10.8.1 SBC-AMERITECH shall provide to CLEC, for Resale, Resale Services that are equal in quality and subject to the same conditions as those that apply when SBC-AMERITECH provides these services to others, including its own End Users.
10.8.2 Operations Support Systems functions for ordering, provisioning, repair, maintenance and billing shall be equal in quality and subject to the same conditions as those that apply when SBC-AMERITECH provides these services and functions to others, including its own End Users.
10.8.3 SBC-AMERITECH shall provision Resale Services with the same timeliness and subject to the same conditions as those that apply when SBC-AMERITECH provides these services to others, including its own End Users. However, nothing in this Section 10.8.3 shall increase any obligation assigned to SBC-AMERITECH in Article XXXII (Performance Measurements) or Article XXXIII (Operational Support Systems).

10.8.2 Consistent with Requesting Carrier’s forecasted volumes and subject to the terms and conditions of Section 19.5, Ameritech shall provision Resale Services with the same timeliness that such Resale Services are provisioned to Ameritech's subsidiaries, Affiliates, or other persons to whom Ameritech directly provides the Resale Service, including Ameritech's retail Customers; provided that if Requesting Carrier submits Non-Electronic Orders for Resale Services pursuant to Section 10.13.2(b), Ameritech shall provision such orders as provided in Section 10.13.2(b)(iii).

CenturyTel shall provision Resale Services with the same timeliness that such Resale Services are provisioned to CenturyTel’s subsidiaries, Affiliates, or other persons to whom CenturyTel directly provides the Resale Service, including CenturyTel’s retail Customers.
