Section 10.8.3. 7 An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 10.8, if the employee 8 does not accept the offer of reemployment within five (5) workdays and/or report for work 9 within eleven (11) workdays from date of offer.
Section 10.8.3. 2 Employees exercising their preferential seniority rights regarding shift selection may be 3 evaluated within thirty (30) working days by the District. Continuance in the new shift 4 assignment shall be subject to the evaluation, Articles V, VI, and/or XV, upon the request of 5 either party.
Section 10.8.3. 33 The returning employee will be assigned to the same position occupied immediately prior to the 34 leave of absence.
