Nonexclusive Use. X. XXXXXX shall occupy and use of the PREMISES only for the uses and purposes authorized herein. Nothing in this Lease shall be construed as granting or authorizing the granting of an exclusive right to perform any services at the AIRPORT within the meaning of Section 308 of the Federal Aviation Act or any other statute, ordinance, regulation or policy of any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the AIRPORT and/or the activities that take place at the AIRPORT.
X. XXXXXX is granted the unlimited right of the ingress and egress from the PREMISES. LESSOR hereby reserves a utility easement, including but not limited to, the right to construct, install, place and maintain utility lines for all customary utility services under, over, across, and through the leased PREMISES at such locations as Lessor shall require.
Nonexclusive Use. It is recognized by the parties that Property Insight shall continue to use the Title Records in the usual and ordinary course of business while at the same time furnishing services to Customer as well as others.
Nonexclusive Use. The Parties recognize that FNT shall continue to use the Starters and L&Vs in the usual and ordinary course of business and may furnish access to Starters and L&Vs, including the same Starters and L&Vs, to other customers.
Nonexclusive Use. Crown understands that this Use Agreement does not provide Crown with exclusive use of the Public Way or any Municipal Facility and that the Local Government shall have the right to permit other providers of communications services to install equipment or devices in the Public Way and on Municipal Facilities. The Local Government agrees promptly to notify Crown of the receipt of a proposal for the installation of communications equipment or devices in the Public Way or on Municipal Facilities. In addition, the Local Government agrees to advise other providers of communications services of the presence or planned deployment of the Equipment in the Public Way and / or on Municipal Facilities.
Nonexclusive Use. KsFiberNet acknowledges that this Agreement does not provide KsFiberNet with exclusive use of the City’s ROW or any municipal facility and that City retains the right to permit other providers of communications services to install equipment or devices in the City’s ROW and on municipal facilities. The parties hereto specifically agree that all such franchises issued to telecommunications providers shall be competitively neutral and not unreasonable or discriminatory in nature.

JMZ acknowledges that this Agreement does not provide JMZ with exclusive use of the City's ROW or any municipal facility and that City retains the right to permit other providers of communications services to install equipment or devices in the City's ROW and on municipal facilities. The parties specifically agree that all such franchises issued to telecommunications providers shall be competitively neutral and not unreasonable or discriminatory in nature.
Nonexclusive Use. The Parties recognize that FNT shall continue to use the Back Plants in the usual and ordinary course of business and may furnish access to Back Plants, including the same Back Plants, to other customers.
Nonexclusive Use. Company understands that this Use Agreement does not provide Company with exclusive use of the Public Way and that the Town shall have the right to permit other providers of the same, similar or other services to install equipment or devices in the Public Way. The Company understands that other governmental or quasi-governmental agencies, public utilities, franchisees and other similar entities may conduct activities, such as excavation, construction, demolition and installation of other facilities in the public right-of-way. The Company agrees that the Town shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the aforesaid entities to the Attachments and other Facilities installed by Company pursuant to this Use Agreement;
Nonexclusive Use. Concessionaire acknowledges that Concessionaire has no exclusive rights to conduct a rental car concession at the Airport, and that County may arrange with other Concessionaires for similar activities at the Airport. County also reserves the right to enter into agreements and permits with companies providing rental car services from off-Airport locations.
Nonexclusive Use. Mobilitie acknowledges that this Agreement does not provide Mobilitie with exclusive use of the City’s ROW or any municipal facility and that City retains the right to permit other providers of communications services to install equipment or devices in the City’s ROW and on municipal facilities.
