Normal Schedule of Hours / Full-Time Employees. The normal schedule of hours for all regular full-time employees shall consist of eight (8) hours of work five (5) days per week, except where there is a seven (7) day operation made necessary by the nature of the work. If the work week for any position is normally five (5) days, work performed on Saturday or Sunday, as a part of said work week, shall be paid at one and one-half (1 1/2) times. Building Clerical/Secretaries – Effective with the first day of the employee’s regular schedule for the 2018-2019 school year, building clerical/secretaries whose normal work schedule is seven (7) hours per day shall increase to eight (8) hours per day and whose normal work schedule is three and one-half (3 1/2) hours per day shall increase to four (4) hours daily.
