Notice to LIFE COMPANY AVIF will promptly make known in writing to LIFE COMPANY the Board of Directors' determination of the existence of a material irreconcilable conflict, a description of the facts that give rise to such conflict and the implications of such conflict.
Written Notice Any notice, demand, direction or instruction to be given to the Depositor, Evaluator or Supervisor hereunder shall be in writing and shall be duly given if mailed or delivered to the Depositor, 2455 Corporate West Drive, Lisle, Illinois 60532, or at such other adxxxxx xx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xx xxx Xxxxxxxxx xx the other parties hereto in writing. (21) The second paragraph of Section 6.02 is replaced in its entirety as follows: An audit of the accounts of each Trust shall not be conducted unless the Depositor determines that such an audit is required. In the event that the Depositor determines that an audit is required, the accounts of each Trust shall be audited not less than annually by independent public accountants designated from time to time by the Depositor and reports of such accountants shall be furnished by the Trustee, upon request, to Unitholders. The Trustee, however, in connection with any such audits shall not be obligated to use Trust assets to pay for such audits in excess of the amounts, if any, indicated in the Prospectus relating to such Trust. The Trustee shall maintain and provide, upon the request of a Unitholder or the Depositor, the Unitholders' or the Unitholder's designated representative with the cost basis of the Securities represented by the Unitholder's Units. (22) The first paragraph of Section 6.04 is replaced in its entirety as follows:
Your Rights and Our Responsibilities After We Receive Your Written Notice We must acknowledge your letter within 30 days, unless we have corrected the error by then. Within 90 days, we must either correct the error or explain why we believe the bill was correct. After we receive your letter, we cannot try to collect any amount you question, or report you as delinquent. We can continue to bill you for the amount you question, including finance charges and we can apply any unpaid amount against your credit limit. You do not have to pay any questioned amount while we are investigating, but you are still obligated to pay the parts of your bill that are not in question. If we find that we made a mistake on your bill, you will not have to pay any finance charges related to any questioned amount. If we didn’t make a mistake, you may have to pay finance charges, and you will have to make up any missed payments on the questioned amount. In either case, we will send you a statement of the amount you owe and the date that it is due. If you fail to pay the amount that we think you owe, we may report you as delinquent. However, if our explanation does not satisfy you and you write to us within ten days telling us that you still refuse to pay, we must tell anyone we report you to that you have a question about your bill. In addition, we must tell you the name of anyone we reported you to. Upon settlement of a disputed bill, we must notify anyone we reported you to that the matter has been settled. If we don’t follow these rules, we can’t collect the first $50 of the questioned amount, even if your bill was correct.
Notice to the Union At the time notice of displacement is issued, a copy of the notice shall be sent to the Union xxxxxxx.
Written Notification Failing settlement at this level, the Union shall in writing notify the Employer of the alleged discrepancy and the names of the employees involved, and the period of time that such discrepancy is claimed to cover. Upon receipt of such written notice, the Employer agrees to promptly furnish the representative of the Union wage data pertaining to the alleged wage discrepancy.
Notice to the Company The Option shall be exercised in whole or in part by written notice in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A directed to the Company at its principal place of business accompanied by full payment as hereinafter provided of the exercise price for the number of Option Shares specified in the notice.
Notice to Union The Employer will give the Union written notice of technological change at least three (3) months prior to the date the change is to be effected. During this period the parties will meet to discuss the steps to be taken to assist Employees who could be affected.
Statutory Notice Pursuant to section 119.0701(2)(a), F.S., for contracts for services with a contractor acting on behalf of a public agency, as defined in section 119.011(2), F.S., the following applies: Pursuant to section 119.0701(2)(b), F.S., for contracts for services with a contractor acting on behalf of a public agency as defined in section 119.011(2), F.S., the Contractor shall: (a) Keep and maintain public records required by the public agency to perform the service. (b) Upon request from the public agency’s custodian of public records, provide the public agency with a copy of the requested records or allow the records to be inspected or copied within a reasonable time at a cost that does not exceed the cost provided in Chapter 119, F.S., or as otherwise provided by law. (c) Ensure that public records that are exempt or confidential and exempt from public records disclosure are not disclosed except as authorized by law for the duration of the Contract term and following the completion of the Contract if the Contractor does not transfer the records to the public agency. (d) Upon completion of the Contract, transfer, at no cost, to the public agency all public records in possession of the Contractor or keep and maintain public records required by the public agency to perform the service. If the Contractor transfers all public records to the public agency upon completion of the Contract, the Contractor shall destroy any duplicate public records that are exempt or confidential and exempt from public records disclosure requirements. If the Contractor keeps and maintains public records upon completion of the Contract, the Contractor shall meet all applicable requirements for retaining public records. All records stored electronically must be provided to the public agency, upon request from the public agency’s custodian of public records, in a format that is compatible with the information technology systems of the public agency.
Notice to Employer Employee agrees to notify Employer immediately of any employers for whom Employee works or provides services (whether or not for remuneration to Employee or a third party) during the Specified Term or within the Restrictive Period. Employee further agrees to promptly notify Employer, during Employee’s employment with Employer, of any contacts made by any gaming licensee which concern or relate to an offer of future employment (or consulting services) to Employee.

These processes involve electronic transmission and/or posting to the AT&T CLEC Online website, inclusive of a variety of subjects including declaration of a force majeure, changes on business processes and policies, and other product/service related notices not requiring an amendment to this Agreement.
