(b) Subject to Clause 73 of this Deed, no Owner shall use or cause or permit any Unit to be used for industrial or godown purposes or for the purpose of mahjong school, funeral parlour, coffin shop, temple, buddhist hall, columbarium, grave or for the performance of the ceremony known as “Xx Xxxx ( 打 齋 )” or any similar ceremony or as a boarding house, apartment house, dance hall, music hall or for any noisy or offensive trade or business.

(b) No Owner shall use or cause or permit any Unit to be used for industrial or godown purposes or for the purpose of mahjong school, guest house, hotel, bath house, funeral parlour, coffin shop, temple, buddhist hall or for the performance of the ceremony known as "Xx Xxxx (打齋)" or any similar ceremony or as a boarding house, serviced apartment, dance hall, music hall, tutorial centre or for any noisy or offensive trade or business. (c) No House (excluding the Residential Carport) shall be used for any purpose other than for private residential purpose and in particular shall not be used for any form of commercial letting in bed spaces or cubicles. (d) No residential car parking space in the Residential Carports shall be used other than for the parking of motor vehicles licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374, Laws of Hong Kong), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation belonging to the residents of the Houses and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees. (e) No part of the Residential Carports shall be obstructed nor shall any refuse or other matter or things be placed or left thereon and no Owner shall do or suffer or permit to be done anything in such areas as may be or become a nuisance to any other Owners or occupiers of any other part of the Development. (f) The Visitor Parking Space and the Accessible Parking Space shall not be used for the storage, display or exhibiting of motor vehicles for sale or otherwise or for the provision of motor vehicle cleaning and beauty services.

  • Establishment of a Free Trade Area The Parties to this Agreement, consistent with Article XXIV of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 (GATT 1994) and Article V of the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS), hereby establish a free trade area.

In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • DTC DIRECT REGISTRATION SYSTEM AND PROFILE MODIFICATION SYSTEM (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2.04, the parties acknowledge that the Direct Registration System (“DRS”) and Profile Modification System (“Profile”) shall apply to uncertificated American Depositary Shares upon acceptance thereof to DRS by DTC. DRS is the system administered by DTC pursuant to which the Depositary may register the ownership of uncertificated American Depositary Shares, which ownership shall be evidenced by periodic statements issued by the Depositary to the Owners entitled thereto. Profile is a required feature of DRS which allows a DTC participant, claiming to act on behalf of an Owner of American Depositary Shares, to direct the Depositary to register a transfer of those American Depositary Shares to DTC or its nominee and to deliver those American Depositary Shares to the DTC account of that DTC participant without receipt by the Depositary of prior authorization from the Owner to register such transfer. (b) In connection with and in accordance with the arrangements and procedures relating to DRS/Profile, the parties understand that the Depositary will not verify, determine or otherwise ascertain that the DTC participant which is claiming to be acting on behalf of an Owner in requesting a registration of transfer and delivery as described in subsection (a) has the actual authority to act on behalf of the Owner (notwithstanding any requirements under the Uniform Commercial Code). For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of Sections 5.03 and 5.08 shall apply to the matters arising from the use of the DRS. The parties agree that the Depositary’s reliance on and compliance with instructions received by the Depositary through the DRS/Profile System and in accordance with this Deposit Agreement shall not constitute negligence or bad faith on the part of the Depositary.
