Visitor Parking Space definition

Visitor Parking Space means a parking space in the Carpark provided in accordance with Special Condition No. 19(a)(iii) of the Government Grant (including the Accessible Parking Space) for the parking of motor vehicles belonging to the bona fide guests, visitors or invitees of the residents of the Residential Units as shown and delineated on the Building Plans, and for the purposes of identification only shown coloured Red and marked “V1” and “V2” respectively on the Basement Floor plan of the DMC Plans;
Visitor Parking Space means the parking space in the Carpark provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(24)(a)(iii) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor vehicles belonging to the bona fide guests, visitors or invitees of the residents of the Residential Accommodation as shown and delineated on the Building Plans, and for the purposes of identification only is shown coloured Green and marked “P22” on the Basement Floor plan of the DMC Plans;
Visitor Parking Space means each of the 12 common property visitor parking spaces at Strata Plan No. 71241 as marked with “VIS” on page 3 of Strata Plan No. 71241; and

More Definitions of Visitor Parking Space

Visitor Parking Space means each of the 14 common property visitor parking spaces at Strata Plan No. 69746 as marked with the letter “V” on page 3 of Strata Plan No. 69746; and
Visitor Parking Space means the Common Element parking spaces forming part of the Condominium and which are designed as visitor parking spaces.

  • Parking , when prohibited, means the standing of a vehicle, whether occupied or not, otherwise than temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.
