Note to Tenderer. Health intends that Project Services would only be used in exceptional circumstances and only at the initiation of Health, as the flexibility provided to the Service Provider in delivering the Services means that the Service Provider is responsible for providing all Services needed to meet the Outcomes (i.e. all the Services are within scope). Project Services may be considered for major new or change initiatives that Health initiates, and will include the addition of another register to the Register.

Note to Tenderer. The schedule is formulated to be assessed on activities completed per month. However, work shall only be done with instruction via a Task Order. This may result in the quantity / frequency being amended to a quantity / frequency lower or higher than indicated in the schedule, as per the business need. • Health and Safety will be audited on a continuous basis. The Contractor shall comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and the relevant Regulations. • Permits and Induction shall be paid at cost and shall be paid on proven cost. The Contractor shall provide proof of personnel that attended the Induction and received a permit. No mark up on ACSA issue permits. • Before a Permit is issued, a Police Clearance will be done.   • INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS i) The Tenderer must prepare this Form of Tender on stationery with its letterhead clearly showing the Tenderer's complete name and business address.

  • Late Tenders 22.1 The Procuring Entity shall not consider any Tender that arrives after the deadline for submission of Tenders. Any Tender received by the Procuring Entity after the deadline for submission of Tenders shall be declared late, rejected, and returned unopened to the Tenderer.

  • Only Tenders alternative Tenders and discounts that are opened and read out at Tender opening shall be considered further for evaluation. The Form of Tender and pages of the Bills of Quantities are to be initialed by the members of the tender opening committee attending the opening. The number of representatives of the Procuring Entity to sign shall be specified in the TDS.

  • Alternative Tenders 12.1 Unless otherwise specified in the TDS, alternative Tenders shall not be considered.

  • Documents Comprising the Tender 10.1 The Tender shall comprise the following:

  • Notice to Terminate Notify Seller in writing that this Contract is terminated; or

  • Redemption at the Option of the Issuer If so specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, the Issuer may, having (unless otherwise specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement) given not more than 60 nor less than 30 days’ notice to the Trustee and the holders of the Notes of this Series in accordance with Condition 15 (which notice shall be irrevocable), repay all or some only of the Notes of this Series then outstanding (as defined in the Trust Deed) on the Optional Redemption Date(s) and at the Optional Redemption Amount(s) indicated in the applicable Pricing Supplement together, if appropriate, with accrued interest. In the event of redemption of some only of such Notes of this Series, such redemption must be for an amount being the Minimum Redemption Amount or a Maximum Redemption Amount, as indicated in the applicable Pricing Supplement. In the case of a partial redemption of Definitive Notes of this Series, the Notes of this Series to be repaid will be selected individually by lot not more than 60 days prior to the date fixed for redemption and a list of the Notes of this Series called for redemption will be published in accordance with Condition 15 not less than 30 days prior to such date.   • FORM OF TENDER 2.8.1 The tenderers shall complete the Form of Tender and the appropriate Price Schedule furnished in the tender documents, indicating the services to be performed.

  • Qualification of the Tenderer 39.1 The Procuring Entity shall determine to its satisfaction whether the Tenderer that is selected as having submitted the lowest evaluated cost and substantially responsive Tender is eligible and meets the qualifying criteria specified in Section III, Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.

  • Scope of Tender 1.1 The Procuring Entity as defined in the TDS invites tenders for supply of goods and, if applicable, any Related Services incidental thereto, as specified in Section V, Supply Requirements. The name, identification, and number of lots (contracts) of this Tender Document are specified in the TDS.
