Notice of Enrollment Notice shall include a list of new employees represented by the Union scheduled to attend the NEO. If practical, the City agrees to provide additional identifying information including, but not limited to, classification and department. Six months from enactment, in the event the City is unable to provide classification and department information in the Notice of Enrollment, the Union can reopen this Agreement for the sole purpose of meeting and conferring over the identifying information provided in this Section II.C.3
Notice of Overpayment If the Contractor receives a vendor overpayment notice or a letter communicating the existence of an overpayment from DSHS, the Contractor may protest the overpayment determination by requesting an adjudicative proceeding. The Contractor’s request for an adjudicative proceeding must: a. Be received by the Office of Financial Recovery (OFR) at Post Office Box 9501, Olympia, Washington 98507-9501, within twenty-eight (28) calendar days of service of the notice; b. Be sent by certified mail (return receipt) or other manner that proves OFR received the request; c. Include a statement as to why the Contractor thinks the notice is incorrect; and d. Include a copy of the overpayment notice. Timely and complete requests will be scheduled for a formal hearing by the Office of Administrative Hearings. The Contractor may be offered a pre-hearing or alternative dispute resolution conference in an attempt to resolve the overpayment dispute prior to the hearing. Failure to provide OFR with a written request for a hearing within twenty-eight (28) days of service of a vendor overpayment notice or other overpayment letter will result in an overpayment debt against the Contractor. DSHS may charge the Contractor interest and any costs associated with the collection of this overpayment. DSHS may collect an overpayment debt through lien, foreclosure, seizure and sale of the Contractor’s real or personal property; order to withhold and deliver; or any other collection action available to DSHS to satisfy the overpayment debt.
Notice of Recall When Employees are to be recalled by the Employer, they shall be notified by Registered Mail or any other written means the Employer may wish to utilize to their last place of residence known to the Employer, and if they fail to report within fifteen (15) calendar days after the delivery or receipt of such notice, the Employer shall not be under any obligation to re-employ them.
TIMEFRAME FOR OFFERS The Commissioner reserves the right to make awards within sixty days after the date of the Bid opening or such other period of time as set forth in the Bid Documents, during which period, Bids must remain firm and cannot be withdrawn. Where an award is not made within the sixty day period or other time specified as set forth in the Bid Documents, the Bids shall remain firm until such later time as either a Contract is awarded or the Bidder delivers to the Commissioner written notice of the withdrawal of its Bid.

Notice of Completion; Copy of Record Set of Plans Within fifteen (15) days after completion of construction of the Improvements, Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located in accordance with Section 8182 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same as Tenant’s agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within ninety (90) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.
Notice of Final Withdrawal Promptly after receipt by the Paying Agent of notice that the Escrow Agent has requested a Final Withdrawal or that a Final Withdrawal will be made, the Paying Agent shall cause notice of the distribution of the Final Withdrawal to be mailed to each of the Receiptholders at its address as it appears in the Register. Such notice shall be mailed not less than 15 days prior to the Final Withdrawal Date. Such notice shall set forth: (i) the Final Withdrawal Date and the date for determining Receiptholders of record who shall be entitled to receive distributions in respect of the Final Withdrawal, (ii) the amount of the payment in respect of the Final Withdrawal for each $1,000 face amount Certificate (based on information provided by the Pass Through Trustee) and the amount thereof constituting unused Deposits (as defined in the Deposit Agreement) and interest thereon, and (iii) if the Final Withdrawal Date is the same date as a Regular Distribution Date, the total amount to be received on such date for each $1,000 face amount Certificate (based on information provided by the Pass Through Trustee). Such mailing may include any notice required to be given to Certificateholders in connection with such distribution pursuant to the Pass Through Trust Agreement.
Notice of Adjustment Upon the occurrence of any event which requires any adjustment of the Exercise Price, then, and in each such case, the Company shall give notice thereof to the holder of this Warrant, which notice shall state the Exercise Price resulting from such adjustment and the increase or decrease in the number of Warrant Shares purchasable at such price upon exercise, setting forth in reasonable detail the method of calculation and the facts upon which such calculation is based. Such calculation shall be certified by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
