Notice by email will be treated as received during Delivery Hours on the Day it is sent and if it is received outside of Delivery Hours, notice will be treated as received at the next start of Delivery Hours.
If delivered by hand outside Delivery Hours, notice will be treated as received at the next start of Delivery Hours; or sent by first class pre-paid post or guaranteed next day delivery post both with delivery confirmation or receipt (for example special delivery) to the address.
