Common use of Notice of Accident Clause in Contracts

Notice of Accident. Customer agrees to immediately notify Ryder of any accident, collision, loss (including theft), or damage involving a Vehicle or substitute vehicle; to cause the driver to make a detailed report in person at Ryder's office as soon as practicable; and to render all other assistance reasonably requested by Ryder and the insurer in the investigation, defense, or prosecution of any claims or suits.
